Established in 2013, Cult Never Dies has published a wealth of books on metal music, released hundreds of official shirts, hoodies and patches, and a number of records. We also distribute books and fanzines, vinyl, CDs, cassettes, shirts, flags and more.

USEFUL ORDERING INFORMATION: 

- You don't have to register to make an order, it's optional.

- If using paypal you will be taken to the paypal site to add postage and see your total. At this point you can confirm and pay - don't worry, you haven't committed to buying until you actually then click to confirm payment.

- Postage is calculated by weight. As with most mail orders, postage is usually cheaper per item when ordering more items.

- Orders are usually sent with a Standard service, unless a Tracked service is ordered and paid for at the time of placing the order.

- We ship from the UK and from Lithuania - Customs charges, where applicable, are charged at time of purchase.

- If anything isn't working for you or you prefer to pay directly just email order@cultneverdies.com

- We aim to dispatch all items and respond to all requests within 5-7 working days. This is of course, subject to availability which we are always happy to advise on.

- The exception to this are pre-ordered items which have their release date in the item description and will be aimed to be shipped out in 3 working days, but could move to the usual 5-7 working days in case of large volume of orders as well.

- Working days during which orders are processed and emails are answered are Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm 

- In the rare occasion of the parcel not reaching its destination we comply with lost parcel policy and have a 80 days claim policy in place for all orders.

- Should the customer wish to exchange the item ordered for a different size or item, the customer is responsible for payment of return parcel's shipping and re-shipping expenses of the exchanged item.
