All of Cult Never Dies' activity is tailored to ensure transparency and ease of use for customers, while giving the control over collected data to the customers themselves. We value customer privacy, therefore the collected details can always be erased if requested.

If you make a purchase you will naturally need to provide us with the contact details necessary for us to be able to send the parcel to you, namely your name, address, email address and sometimes phone number. At the time of payment you are redirected to a third-party website that allows you to make a payment using your
credit card details. We do not keep or process your credit card or billing information.
Cookies are used to deliver advertising content for our product to you and are never shared with third parties.
We collect these details to be able to communicate with you, and provide a quality service. It enables us to respond to your questions, comments, complaints, requests and other communications and track your return visits.
We also keep these to keep you informed about our activities. We do not send spam mail and send newsletters no more than twice a month.
Once we receive your information, we use it on our internally protected systems equipped with a combination of security safeguards.
