Terms of service
DISPATCH TIMES: We aim to dispatch all items and respond to all requests within 5-7 working days. This is of course, subject to availability which we are always happy to advise on.
PREORDERS: The exception to this are pre-ordered items which have their release date in the item description and will be aimed to be shipped out in 3 working days, but could move to the usual 5-7 working days in case of large volume of orders as well.
BUSINESS HOURS: Working days are Mon-Fri, 9am - 5pm and these are the times within which this business operates.
ITEMS OUT OF STOCK:
Due to sales being made on various channels simultaneously there is a possibility that items run out of stock. We will make a great effort to notify our customers of that immediately and we thank them for understanding.
SHIPPING TYPE Orders are sent with a Standard service, unless a Tracked service is ordered and paid for at the time of placing the order.
CUSTOMS CHARGES
Customs charges, where applicable, are calculated based on the laws of the recipient country and are the responsibility of the customer without exceptions.
Should the parcel be returned to sender due to Customs refusals, the recipient is not entitled to shipping price refund, only item value refund.
PARCEL DID NOT ARRIVE:
In the rare occasion of the parcel not reaching its destination we comply with Royal Mail's lost parcel policy and have a 80 days claim policy in place for all orders. After that time unfortunately we cannot issue any replacements/refunds.
If a parcel is undelivered and not received after being sent to the recipient, the sender is not responsible for the shipping price refund, only item value refund.
RE-SENDING RETURNED PARCELS:
We're happy to ship items again after they've been undelivered and 'Returned to sender', shipping costs are to be covered by the customer.
