Refund policy

Refunds & Exchanges:
We will replace (items free of charge) in the rare cases that they prove defective or damaged. In the item is no longer available we will offer a refund. First send us an email us at order@cultneverdies.com and then where necessary you can return your item to: Cult Never Dies, 311 Regents Park Road, London, N3 1DP, United Kingdom. In the rare occasion of the parcel not reaching its destination we comply with Royal Mail's lost parcel policy and have a 80 days claim policy in place for all orders. After that time unfortunately we cannot issue any replacements/refunds. To avoid such an inconvenience we strongly recommend choosing a tracked service for your parcels.

We can exchange an item if you order the wrong size or make a mistake, but you will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item and sending a replacement. Shipping costs are non-refundable. Returns
Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, unfortunately we can’t offer you a refund or exchange. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.
